Kincade's First Haircut

Kincade FINALLY had his first haircut! Someone actually referred to him as "she" the other day, and I couldn't really blame them, so I guess it was time. So, I asked my mom and she came over to do the honors.

    So cute!! It's so hard doing that first haircut because you know how grown up they will look afterwards!
